It, for the most part, has been a mild winter. This past week we have enjoyed some beautiful weather. As I walked around my neighborhood yesterday, and viewed the church grounds, I’m starting to see signs of new life shooting up. Trees are starting to a bud a wee bit, and some flowers are considering their entrance for the year. When I see these signs of life, they whisper to me hope.
Sometimes hope roars, and more often than not, hope whispers in subtle, surprising, and beautiful ways. Like budding trees, and flowers emerging from the soil, where are the shoots of new life in our lives, in our community, occurring?
How might we be the whispers of hope into the world? In what subtle, surprising, and beautiful ways can we support and love people?
Blessings,
Pastor Matthew
